At Mind Over Talent, mental skills training goes beyond mindset talks and inspirational speeches. We work with teams and organizations to teach athletes how to manage pressure, build confidence, and develop the mental habits that elite performers rely on. 

Mentally strong athletes don’t happen by accident. They're built through clarity, consistency, and accountability — and that’s where our work begins.

Mental Skills Workshops

Workshops are interactive, athlete-centered sessions designed to meet teams where they are. Each workshop blends teaching, discussion, and practical tools that athletes can immediately apply in competition.

Details:

  • 60–90 minute sessions

  • In-person or virtual

  • Customized to team needs and age level

  • Ideal for preseason, midseason, or leadership development

Team Mental Performance Coaching

For teams looking for deeper impact, and ongoing mental performance coaching that allows athletes to develop skills over time and allows teams to intentionally build and reinforce culture throughout the season.

This option is ideal for teams who want to:

  • Develop leadership across all levels

  • Improve consistency and confidence throughout the season
     

These programs are highly customized, but here is a sample of what they can include:
