Whether you're looking to sharpen your competitive edge, improve your consistency, or develop routines that fuel confidence, these sessions give athletes the mental clarity, focus, and resilience needed to excel.

Personalized Support: 1:1 coaching is the most personalized level of support we offer — designed for athletes and families who want consistent, long-term development in mental performance in recurring private sessions.

Custom Mental Performance Plan: Begin with a performance evaluation to set a clear baseline and measure growth. Build routines and mindset tools that match your goals, position, and playing style.

Investment: 30-minute Zoom sessions scheduled weekly ($450/month) or bi-weekly ($250/month) to fit your needs.

Commitment: These sessions require a high level of time and commitment. Therefore, we only take on a very limited number of private clients each season. We work with athletes on a minimum 3-month commitment to ensure meaningful progress.
