Janet is a certified Mental Performance Coach who brings a unique blend of passion, experience, and dedication to each and every athlete she coaches. As a Division I lacrosse player, she experienced firsthand the lack of mental training had on her own athletic career. As she began coaching lacrosse and working with high school and youth teams her passion for helping athletes move beyond the physical skills of the game ignited her interest in the mental game.
With over 15 years of experience in the field of education, coaching, and youth and high school athletics, Janet has seen the positive effects mental performance coaching has on all levels of athletes.
Janet's coaching philosophy is simple: empower, educate, and energize athletes to become the best version of themselves, both on and off the field. She's committed to supporting each athlete in their personal and athletic development, making their dreams a reality, one mental skill at a time.
