Our exclusive mental performance College Prep Academy is designed specially for high school girls lacrosse players who are looking to develop the mental skills needed to successfully compete at their best during high school and club while confidently managing the recruiting process.

When you join the MIND OVER TALENT COLLEGE PREP ACADEMY you will have monthly access to the tools you will need to build your mental strength while successfully navigating the recruiting process.

1:1 COACHING

Athletes who commit to 3 months in the Academy get monthly zoom calls for personalized coaching on mental skills development and recruiting support. Unlimited text access.

RECRUITING GUIDANCE

Don't go through the recruiting process alone. We will support you through all of the phases of the process and guide you as you make your college decision.

GROUP COACHING

Workshops develop mental skills, guide the recruiting process and build confidence. Players also benefit from open coaching from their peers. 

PARENT SUPPORT

Parents get coaching on how to support their daughters as they navigate their high school and club teams while working towards being recruited to the next level.

The winter months inside the College Prep Academy will have a special emphasis on leadership development. 

Whether an athlete is already a captain or wants to become one, this winter track helps them:

✔ Build trust and connection

✔ Learn the habits of high-performing leaders

Join College Prep Academy

Two live Zoom sessions each month designed for female athletes preparing for college. Your daughter will build confidence, mental skills, and leadership while gaining the tools to navigate recruiting and the transition to college athletics.
