FRESHMEN COHORT
DETAILS
Phase One: Summer
Access to six essential mental skills lessons that you can work through at your own pace. Weekly 30-Minute Zoom calls focused on accountability, college prep, and customizing mental skills to your individual needs.
Phase Two: Freshmen Fall
Weekly 60-Minute Zoom sessions specifically designed to address the real challenges of transitioning to college lacrosse and utilizing mental skills.
Additional 1:1 Support: Athletes
Monthly private one on one sessions provide individualized support for the athletes scheduled at their convenience. Open coaching sessions once a month allow peer to peer mentorship in addition to professional support.
Additional Support: Parents
Learn how to best support your athlete's transition through monthly group coaching sessions for parents.
